Danni was one of those people who's easily taken attention was lovely to be the centre of, when he was focused on a particular person, the amount of interest he took in them could be sometimes overwhelming. And yet, it would only take a second, something as brief and slight as a butterfly moving even, to have him drift off and flood his attention on something else. He still felt nervous around Giovanni, but it wouldn't be long before he would start to relax a little more, and would probably completely forget about it within a week, that was how things usually went with him.

He thought about playfully pushing her off of the bed and starting a game of chase, so that he could be impressive by vaulting over the kitchen counter, but then thought better of it, she probably didn't want to be pushed off of the comfy mattress onto a hard floor. He looked up as she shifted slightly away from him, as if she were about to turn around, and he watched, his expression slightly confused, mostly unreadable, as she put her hands on his shoulders and pinned him to the bed. Partially pretending, he acted as if she was holding him down very hard and it was only worth struggling a little bit. If she'd done this before he'd fed, he actually would have been too weak to resist, as it was, it was a matter of choice now.

"About living together?... Who would live with whom?"

He purred playfully, meaning would she move into his apartment, or would he would move into hers, he didn't really know. Danni growled playfully at her challenge, a slight snarl in his throat as he swung her over onto her back, and pinned her entire lower body with his hips. Kissing her lips lightly, he tried to ignore the almost incapacitating tingles of pleasure running through his body at just being this close to her.

"What if your cat doesn't like me?"

He asked her softly, his cute eyes showing nothing as to whether he was serious or not, and knowing Danni, he could be fooling around, or be totally and utterly serious, one could never tell.

Sometimes it surprised him that she was still with him, happy to be with him. Most women, or men for that matter, that he dated, got freaked out and buggered off within the first few days, anything longer than that was barely a week. He grinned cutely as she kissed him again, reveling in the attention, as he always did. Frowning as he started to actually think this over, rather than just pretend to, he scooted down the bed a little bit, laced his fingers together over her chest, and put his chin on them.

It would probably be the best idea if the two of them were to start new and get a new apartment together, or maybe even a house. Danni and Giovanni had mainly chosen an apartment to live in because Danni was known to get himself into trouble a lot. Apartments were far easier to abandon, sell, or get rid of than houses. Of course all this delicate thought process went through his head in a matter of seconds.

"Lets get a new place together."

He announced suddenly, his dark eyes playful and childish. Most would think that he would have grown up, or grown out of old habits after two hundred years. Most had a lot to learn. At the discussion of the cat he went quiet, surprised that her cat liked him, when Giovanni's cat hated him. He had never done anything at the savage thing. Okay...he'd shouted at it once in a fit of fury when the cat had irritated him by peeing all over his door. But who wouldn't have?

"Why don't we go apartment shopping now?"

Danni moved his arms till they were either side of her stomach on the bed, and then he pushed his upper body up, shifting up a bit so that he was more comfortable. Someone else would have most likely said something like, 'why don't we go apartment shopping later?' or 'tomorrow', or something like that. Noooooo, not with Danni, always 'now'. The moment she said yes or agreed, he was probably going to jump up and try and drag her off of the bed and out of the door without even realising he needed shoes...but he'd wait until she actually said something first.

Had he been a logical kind of person who thought about eventualities, he would have been worried that he would completely destroy their new pad at one time or another, it was his usual pattern. When he snapped, and he usually did every couple of months or so, he tended to break things, whether it be relationships or material items. But of course, if he were the type of person to think about that and worry about it before it happened, he wouldn't have been the type of person who would do it in the first place. Quite a complicated thing really. Pouting, he pulled himself up again so he was sitting up.

"But I want to go nowwwwww. Why can't we go now?"

His voice was completely innocent at the same time that it was annoyingly child like and whinish, sort of. To be honest he didn't even really want to go apartment shopping, but he wanted to go now, or at least he wanted to do something now, and he couldn't think of anything else. His busy mind needed something to occupy itself with, otherwise he would probably go and find something rather dodgy to pay his attention to. Take for instance the likelyhood that Giovanni, and not the shifter, was the person who stabbed him yesterday. Oh yeah, he'd almost completely forgotten about that fiasco, dammit, now the thoughts of that too were going to be swirling around in his head as well.

"I don't want to go shopping now."

He quickly decided out loud, pushing himself off of her and flumping down on the bed next to her, crossing his arms on top of the pillow, and resting his chin on them. Rolling over onto his back a little further away from her, he stared quietly at the ceiling whilst he zoned out, thinking about nonsense really.

The unfortunate thing with his moods was that even over the several hundred years he had been alive, or undead, however one wanted to see it, with Giovanni, they didn't form a pattern, and so couldn't be predicted. Partly because of that, his maker had become a little less sensitive to the more subtle changes in his moods. Though, after being around someone with drastic mood changes like Danni all the time, he had to get used to them, and become slightly over familiar, or lose his temper and leave him. Danni of course had no idea that his mood swings were even all that different, he was conveniently oblivious like that.

Staring at the ceiling, he realised his sudden urges to paint all of it again, but at the same time, he couldn't really be bothered. He would only end up with flicks of paint stuck to his hair again, which would take weeks to eventually soak out, only to have him feel that he didn't like the colour. Maybe they could pay someone else to do the dirty job of having paint flicked at them by gravity, though a human...an unknown human in the apartment...Giovanni would have his hide if he did that. Hearing his name, his eyes focused back on Roxy in front of him after a moment or two, his expression completely and utterly blank.

"Be like what?"

He had been trying for a tone that was playful and light, and had ended up sounding a little irritated, whether it was her, or just him, one couldn't tell. When he realised just how crappy his tone had been, he smiled lovingly at her, trying to force back his swirling emotions that were trying to play with his head again. Putting his hands gently at her hips, moving one arm up to around her waist, he switched their positions, so he was sitting on top, and playful grin on his features giving away a little glimpse of his fangs.

"What do you think about getting a dog maybe? Like one that would be nice to Lorelai?"

The change of subject was sudden and unconnected, but then again, that wasn't unusual for Danni.

He had never looked younger as he sat there, almost patiently observing the concerned look on her face, wondering what was worrying her. It could well be his mood swings, they were after all often unpredictable and wild, but he wasn't really thinking about that. Frowning slightly, he let his gaze drop as he thought about what she said, mildly confused for a moment.

"What do you mean? You expected me to say no?"

Danni's tone was curious and soft, and somewhat vulnerable surprisingly enough, as if he were in danger of being hurt by her answer. Really that was extremely unlikely to happen, but he was listening with due care, wondering what he had done wrong to concern her. What he wanted was for her to brush over whatever she was seemingly worried about, and talk to him about getting a dog.

He had had roughly three dogs in his life before, three dogs that were strictly his, there had been another few, but those had either been shared, or Giovanni's, or a former partner's.
