He didn’t even bother to glance over at her for a few moments, as he thought on her words curiously. Moving his hand, he counted his fingers as he muttered to himself, trying to work out just how long it had been since he had made a fully rational decision. Had he ever made a normal decision like other people did?
Without thinking, he ran his fingers through his hair, disappointed to find out it was short and spiky, not soft and longer like his own, damn. It bothered him quite a bit to be honest as he sat there next to her, wondering what could have done this to them. Giovanni was quite an odd mixture really, he was utterly patient, and he was so old as a vampire, that you couldn’t really guess. He had never told Danni how old he was, and no one knew, they could guess that he was well past centuries, and maybe even older than a thousand years.
“Two hundred and!… …”
Danni thought a minute, had he just forgotten the years that he had only just managed to work out? He had,…damn. “Ah…and thirty years ago. I decided to eat pizza instead of drink blood. Eww, bad consequences.” It was the first and only time that he had refused to drink from humans, and had tried to eat normal food instead. The best thing to say was that it was a very bad idea, and a vampire should go no where near normal food.

Roxy treasured the precious silence that followed her remark to Danni, allowing her to find exactly what she wanted. To switch bodies!! Yes! Roxy was just about to say that she had found it, when she was interrupted by Danni's reply to her comment.
"That is not self-restriction, stupid. Now get over here so we can do this and I can get my body back, so I can go work out," Roxy said, bringing the book up onto the lap of Giovanni.
"Okay, so all we have to do is read this at the same time two times. Can you handle that, Danni?" She asked, looking over at him.

He looked genuinely confused as she replied, he had no idea whether she was right or not, but he was a little pissed nonetheless, though he shut up about it. For the moment, he would probably just be bitchy to her later, or tomorrow night or something, for no real apparent reason. After thinking on running off for a few minutes, he sighed and walked back over to where she and Giovanni were sitting, staying where he was sulkily.
“What d’you think I am, four?”
Danni said in an annoyed tone, crossing his arms in a huffy fashion, thinking briefly on what he had just said to her. “Don’t answer that.” He quipped suddenly, staring at the floor in boredom as she sat there, now starting to mildly want to get his body back rather quickly.
Hearing what Danni and Roxy were saying to each other, he looked down quietly, biting his lip to stop himself from laughing, not wanting to seem rude. Well with Danni he didn’t care all that much right now, but he didn’t want to be rude towards Roxy, just wasn’t fair on her. Shifting slightly where he sat, he listened to what she said, wondering if it was going to be that easy.

Roxy had just opened her mouth to reply to his comment with a big, fat 'yes' when he had said not to answer. Smiling softly over at Giovanni, who was obviously enjoying the arguing between her and her boyfriend, she hit him playfully on the arm, with barely any force at all, aware of how strong Giovanni was.
"Okay, hurry up. If we do this now, there's still a lot of time left in the night," she said, holding the book up so they all could see. "Ready?" Roxy looked over at Danni and Giovanni before starting.
"A journey soon begins, its prize reflected in another's eyes. When what you see is what you lack, then selfless love will change you back." She said in unison with them. After she had finished her sentence, Roxy felt like she was getting pulled through a small hole with no air. Just as she felt like she was ready to faint, she coughed and found herself sitting on the ground of the same warehouse.
"Ohmigod," she said softly, looking down to see her own clothes, her own skinny and muscular thighs, her own hands.
"We did it." With a small smile, Roxy reached up and touched her own face, which was icy cold, and her own hair, still in braids.

Danni felt a flicker of a smile show across his lips as Roxy lightly hit Giovanni, then when it occurred to him that she had just hit what was technically him, considering it was his body, he let the amusement in his expression drop. Uncaring, he shrugged as she asked if they were both ready, he was, but he didn’t bother to dwell on the subject for very long. Quickly he said the words as she did and as Giovanni did, hoping that it worked.
With a sudden feeling as if he were going to collapse, though that might not be all that likely, considering he was sitting down, but he was back in his body. Danni felt his hair, it wasn’t long it was short, and when he looked down at himself, he was wearing what he usually wore, and Giovanni and Roxy were sitting next to him. Hearing what Roxy said, he smiled a little bit, thinking of a witch soap thing that he watched on tv sometimes.
“Hex moment.”
He muttered, making Giovanni laugh, since he watched it too. Danni had no idea why, but he had the sudden urge to leave and be by himself, but he resisted, sitting still instead.
Concentrating, really hopeful that this would work, he definitely wanted his own body back, he said the words at the same time as Danni and Roxy. Something happened, he wasn’t quite sure what, but he felt like he was in neither his nor Danni’s body for a moment, then he was back in his own. Despite the fact that he could see Danni and Roxy, he checked himself to make sure it was his body, and was quickly satisfied, laughing quietly at Danni’s comment.

Roxy smiled softly at Danni's comment and stood up. She bent over and picked up her book, brushing the dust off of it and inspecting it carefully.
"Someone needs to make sure I don't lose this," she said quietly, "It comes in handy."
Roxy sighed softly and looked down at her own body, happy that she was back in it. Her hands felt her long, smooth black hair, her porcelain skin. Roxy smiled again. At least the night was still young, and there was plenty of things to keep her amused; she figured Danni didn't want to do anything, so whatever.
